Your privacy is very important to us. When you register to receive information or updates from us the information you input on the registration form is not passed on or sold to anyone at all, it is entirely for our own use to keep you informed.
To send information we need to know where to send it obviously so we ask for an email address. We also ask some questions such as type of organisation. We need this and other information to target you when we send out updates we then know are relevant to you.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the links on the emails and the website. We do not pass on your information to anyone, we only use it to send you our information and keep you informed of new products, offers and changes to our services.
We will contact you only when the need arises, will never send you spam or material from other sources, will never pass on or sell your details, they are for our use only. Rest assured that total confidentiality is very important to us.
You can see the information we hold for you at any time by using the Preferences link on any of the emails we send to you. You are able to change any of this adding or deleting what you wish. Obviously the more fields you fill in the more accurate our work will be to keep you updated if you select to be kept updated.
You can choose the services to receive from us. By clicking the "Register" link on our pages and you will be taken to a registration page where you fill in the details we require as detailed above. You will also be able to select the updates you would like . Once you have chosen and pressed the button you will receive the Information pack by email.
If you selected to receive updates you will only receive them as they are released.
Terms & Conditions.
Production Schedules:
Order before Midday Monday, Packed overnight Wednesday, Shipped Thursday.
Order before midday Wednesday, Packed overnight Sunday, Shipped Monday.
Product is packed twice weekly as shown above and stated on the Delivery information page and this schedule is strictly adhered to.
We do understand that sometimes you need product urgently and will do everything to help
Product Returns:
Only product still in its unopened pot or sleeve is accepted for return to us if found to be faulty or damaged and you must contact us before returning any product which must be in suitable packaging.
Pack must be unopened in original packaging with all seals unbroken.
Please note once sweet pots or boxes are open we cannot accept any returns unless they are found to be defective. We cannot refund or replace if the sweets are not to your liking. By purchasing any of these sweets you are agreeing to this along with our standard terms and conditions.
Deliveries - Loss or Damage:
Any loss or damage to deliveries must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery, any claims after this time will not be accepted. Tracking information of the courier service used will be taken as accurate and used for determining timescale and acceptance.
Any product found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge provided we are immediately notified and we have agreed its return, you will be liable for cost of return but not cost of replacement.
Deliveries - Acceptance:
Deliveries to a communal area or "safe place" designated by you are at your own risk, a signature or "carded" report from the courier will be treated as proof of delivery and no claim for loss or damages will be accepted.
Collection Points are not designated Safe Places as proof of Identity and a Signature are required for collection.
Product Images.
All product images are copyright Sweetlove Confectionery and cannot be used without express permission of the copyright owner: Sweetlove. Leaching our images from our websites without permission is an infringement of copyright law as is using them on your websites.
We use a copyright alert system that will alert us when our images are used and our legal department will deal with any infringment so, if you want to use our images contact us for permission or use our own brand label service it only costs £25.00 and will save you time and money in legal fees.
